"First the property didn’t have proper instructions for opening the house. The house was unlocked. Dog or cat hair everywhere would even get on my clothes. The whole house was dirty and had a bad smell. When showering in order to have hot water you needed to turn on the water faucet in the kitchen. They failed to disclose that they are renting the shed in the back. The doors wouldn’t close and had no privacy. The AC would be turned off by the host the minute we walked out. One night we had a gathering and was gone all day and the minute we got home at night the house was sooo HOTTTT!!! Very bad experience and if I could ask for money back I would. "

"Perfect spot for our needs. In town for the Coldplay concert at UTEP. Just needed a comfortable place for a couple of nights and this was ideal. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into making this property welcoming and appealing. Everything is modern and in good shape. We made a couple of meals there and had all of the appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. that we needed. We had a little trouble with the lock upon initial arrival (user error), but we reached out and the host replied quickly. Great experience. Would 100% stay there again."
