「It was a great spot for a quick weekend getaway with friends. My husband loved the minimalist vibe and was glad to have air conditioners in each room. The beds were firm, the pillows were comfortable, and the sheets were smooth. We loved the balcony. 」

「This place was perfect for a last minute stay in Grand Rapids. The property is cute inside, as well as being very clean and updated. It is definitely cozy, but for my husband and I, it was a perfect size. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are definitely something to be aware of. 「We stayed with family for our sons wedding which was at the riverbird event center.only a 15 min drive away And very pet friendly which was great for the dog. House is very well stocked! Would stay there again!」

「First time booking a Vrbo! Stressed in the beginning about when or how to check in not realizing at the time it’s normal to get that information just hours before! Worked out great for the group size we had (7 Adults). Parking was tight, but manageable, A/C units in most of the rooms was huge with it being 90 all weekend, everything worked and was clean! Wasn’t fancy, but it got the job done with being in a great location with what we had planned! I would recommend and book again! 」
