"My wife and I stayed at the property for three nights and found it quite comfortable. When I had a minor issue, the host was very prompt and friendly in responding. We appreciated the proximity to Geneseo and to Letchworth State Park, and would happily stay there again if we return to the area."

"There isnt a hot tub, there is a jetted tub in the bathroom. Also there are squirrels or something running in the attic. But other than that, its very spacious, comfy beds and couches, and a great view but its across the street from the lake so I am not sure if that counts as lakefront."
