Romana Maisonette is named after the Roman Villa at Ramla Bay, Gozo - excavated by SIr Temi Zammit in the 1900's. This luxury maisonette comprises a large welcoming entrance hall followed by a comfortable living area (including a 42 inch flat screen tv with android box) accompanied by a large kitchen and dining area with stunning distant valley and sea views. All three bedrooms are double, including a large wardrobe and chest of drawers with hanging mirrors. Open area as well as all three bedrooms are air conditioned (pay-per-use). The bathroom includes both bath and shower. A toilette is also available. Free high speed wireless internet is also accessible throughout the home. This property is licensed with the Malta Tourism Authority - license number HPI/G/0234.
Tourist tax 0.50/person/night (max 5 euro/stay) to be collected at the accommodation.

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and the view down the valley towards Ramla Beach is lovely. We arrived on a terrible evening and when we visited the local shop to stock up,10 minutes walk, they insisted on driving us home! The same the next visit. Ramla is a lovely beach and the 20 minute walk is pleasant. Patrick’s recommendations for places to eat were excellent.

Nice apartement in a fantastic landscape (loud if neighbours above)

Nice, very large apartment, very good condition, very clean. Nicely furnished, lots of storage space and space. Kitchen well equipped. The balcony is narrow and is in the shade from late morning. There is a roof terrace (without shade). The apartment is further down and has shutters. That's why you can keep the apartment quite cool, even without A/C. Many windows have mosquito nets so that you can ventilate safely. The mattresses are very hard. The apartment is noisy: If there are guests upstairs, you can hear every step, especially if small children use the large apartment as a race track. The pump for the water and the water heater are loud. The large bedrooms have a window only into the light well. The view of the landscape and the sea is magnificent. The environment is quiet (small village). You can easily park the car in front of the house. You can walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes (120 meters in altitude!) or by car.

Holiday Weekend Getaway!

My first ever time to use VRBO: It was above and beyond my expectations! The owner communicated with me from the beginning, followed up as the time of booking came closer, and continued to check on us durinf our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The owner went beyond with assisting with my request to have a few grocery items waiting for my family after a long day of traveling to get there. The accommodations and location were wonderful! Plenty of space, and peaceful in the quiet countryside. We always woke up to beautiful panoramic views of the hills and ocean. Nearby restaurants and historic sites were less than 10 minutes away. Cannot recommend enough! You will enjoy it!!

Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung

Sehr schönes Apartement. Chic und gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine auf dem Dach vorhanden. Top. Apartement liegt oben auf einer Anhöhe. Zum Strand ca 20min zu Fuss bergab. Wohnung hat einen Balkon der ab 12.00uhr Schatten bietet. Einkaufsmöglickeiten und Bushaltestellen in der nähren Umgebung. Wir waren allerdings froh über ein Mietauto, dass wir in Deutschland bereits geordert hatten. Aber Vorsicht: Maltas und Gozos Strassen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Keine europäischen Verhältnisse. Wohnung bietet viel Platz.Supernetter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der sich sofort um jedes Problemchen kuemmert. Danke auch an seine hilfsbereite, freundliche Mum die uns so hervorragend umsorgt hat. Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und auf Hektik und Parties verzichten kann, ist dieser Ort genau richtig. Wir verlassen gut erholt und aber traurig diese schöne Wohnung auf dieser speziellen Schwesterninsel von Malta. Wir würden gerne, mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern, hierhin zurückkehren.

Grosse, moderne und ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Aussicht

Die Unterkunft liegt am Ortsrand von Xaghra, sehr ruhig gelegen mit schöner Aussicht auf Ramla Bay und umliegender Landschaft Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr sauber, bietet eine grosse und gut ausgestattete Küche und ein modernes Bad mit einem zusätzlichen WC. Die Unterkunft verfügt neben einem Balkon über eine sehr grosse Dachterrasse mit grosszügiger Waschküche. Xaghra ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel. Der Vermieter organisierte für uns den Transfer vom Flughafen bis zur Unterkunft und das Mietauto. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt! Danke! Wir kommen wieder!
