It is a good hostel and the staff very helpful, however, when I arrived I was told that the room I had reserved was not available and that I had to stay in a bigger room at a much higher price. I complained and show my reservation, then the owner accepted and let me pay the price agreed on the reservation. I am absolutely NOT happy about this. Unavailable rooms must NOT be shown as available!

no se me dejo asistir el dia que llegue que por que no se aseptan despues de las 10 pm muy mal y no se atiende las lineas telefonicas todo mal no recomendable
