「Our room was just great, spacious. We had 5 little balconies with great views of a crafts/antiques market and beautiful streets. We had a bath tub in the room which was also great. The decor was very modern and very edgy. Many attractions and restaurants were in the walking distance. We will definitely return.」

「Me gustó la habitación y baño muy cómodos, accesible y limpios」

「The hotel is in a very good location near the cathedral. The facility is new and staff service is very good. This is the first hotel I am satisfied in Mexico during my one week travel which among all the hotels I been booked four points of Sheraton by Marriott and Ibis from Accor hotels. Those big international chain group service all can not compared with this one. This is value for money hotel. Highly recommended. 」

「Excelente atención al cliente 」

「Todo bien en general, sólo sugiero atender la pintura del exterior del hotel, piensen en algún mosquitero porque se meten bichos por las ventanas, y sólo supervisar debajo del lavabo del baño que no exista moho, pero te atienden muy bien, el personal es muy atento, la ubicación está bien, la apareciencia en general, sí lo recomiendo y sí volvería. 」
