The "SAFOR" complex consists of two apartment blocks of seven storeys each, with a lift, offering a landscaped common area with a swimming pool and children's pool, as well as a tennis court and handball court. It has optional covered parking. Located in the CENTRE zone of Xeraco beach, on Avenida la Mota No. 5, just sixty-five metres from the fine sandy beach.

Comfortable living room with access to a wide east-facing front terrace with AWNINGS, limited sea views and the busy Avenida de la Mota. Includes covered parking space.



Apartment is ideal for spending fantastic family holidays, located in an area close to beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children's leisure areas and less than 100 metres from the pharmacy, medical centre and tourist office.



The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.



The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
