La distribución y tamaño del apartamento y que tuviera aire acondicionado y ventiladores. La situación del mismo también es muy interesante Sin lugar a dudas lo peor de todo es la piscina. Muy sucia y llena de arena (tengo fotos). Solo me bañé el primer día, hasta que vi la situación de la misma. No he visto, ni oído mantenimiento alguno. Vajilla pobre en algunos aspectos. Un toldo en la terraza no vendría mal.

Ubicacion cercana a la playa. Que tenga piscina .Terraza con buenas vistas a mar y montaña Son apartamentos antiguos que bien mantenidos de cosas básicas y pequeñas reparaciones serían fantásticos x su ubicación. Muy justitos de mantenimiento. Varias cosas que funcionan regular y siempre hay que estar diciendolo en la oficina. Deberían revisarlo ellos al finalizar estancia. La cerradura de puerta de entrada va dura y puerta k roza al entrar. Terraza de cocina con manivela rota. Nevera dañada puerta exterior. Sillón deteriorado e incómodo. Lavabo que no traga bien el agua. No hay cerrojo en baño porque se rompió en su día y hay un pestillo no correcto para cerrar el baño y moldura de marco deteriorada,etc En función a lo que se paga sugiero mejores condiciones minimas
