"The most delightful lady helping us when we arrived. She is the matriarch of the family and treated us as if we were long lost relatives coming for a visit. Wonderful landlady. Room was comfortable and clean. Views were to die for."

"This is a charming ,clean, well furnished cottage. Tucked away in its own olive grove and garden area. Hands on family operated. Eastern Crete is quite with some beaches within droving distance. And Minoan ruins abound. I highly recommend this place. And the chocolate cake awaiting us was a welcome touch !"

"This property is tremendous. Views of the Kato Zacros bay are great from any of the various terraces and gardens surrounding the rooms/apartments. We loved it there but perhaps not best suited for young families since there was no direct access to the beach (short drive/walk away). We didn't go there for sea views but it is a marvellous spot. Great access to the "Gorge of the Dead" for those who want a bit of hiking experience. Would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different. Easy access to one of the famous ancient sites of Crete was a bonus for us."
