Fantastic staff

All the staff were very helpful and friendly to me, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. I am very grateful to them. The room was exactly what I wanted and comfortable. The location was near to several famous places in the city: the Bell and Drum Towers, the city walls and southern gatehouse, Huimin Jie. And the price was great!

官庁街に近く、城壁を挟んで隣が警察車両の有人待機所（２４時間？）のため、治安がよい。通りにはコンビニ・スタバ等、飲食店もあり、鐘鼓楼や回民街は徒歩圏内。室内プールは１月も営業していました。２日目にお湯の出に問題があったが、すぐに他の部屋でバスルームの使用を勧められ、残りの２泊はとても良い部屋に換えてもらえた。スタッフの対応が良く、トラブルも楽しめるホテル。

Aurum International Hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean except for a very minor part. It is close to the city walls and conveniently located. I would stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

It used to e a very good hotel but now is a rather dated one. It could use a little renovation. The majority of the rooms, have s bad odor of smoke, even though it’s considered a non smoking hotel . (The receptionist had to change me 4 rooms before finally finding a non smelling one. The reception guys are doing their best to help the clients but the owner must do the same as well.

Fantastic location, massive room with two bathrooms and two flat TV. Very helpful personnel. Yet, one of the bathrooms had a very strong smell.

good : good location not good : Air conditioning turn off from central from 8 am, they charged me using bath robe CNY 160, I am argue with them , then charged me CNY 80 its no price list in the room. i never been charged in china using bath robe when i travel multiple city in China, rip me off.

시안 여행 계획 중이신 분들 모두 이곳에 오실 것을 추천

기대 이상으로 너무 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 저희는 디럭스 더블룸에 2박 3일 숙박하였습니다. 표준객실보다 많이 넓은데 가격 차이는 그렇게 안나니 디럭스 룸에 머무는 것을 추천합니다.. 침실과 거실이 구분이 되어 있어서 거실에는 캐리어 아무렇게나 펼쳐놓고 쓸 공간이 매우 넓게 있어요. 화장실도 두개 있어서 정말 편했습니다. 건물 외관상 조금 오래된 듯 보였으나 내부는 정말 깔끔하게 잘 관리가 되어있습니다. 흔한 머리카락 한올 보이지 않았네요. 침대도 너무 새하얗고 푹신푹신 꿀잠 잤어요. 종업원 분들은 전부 친절하셨습니다. 위치는 종루와 가까워서 좋았네요. 걸어서 10분 정도 거리에 있습니다. 공항에서 택시타고 온다면 150위안 정도 나옵니다. 기사님한테 호텔 이름 알려주면 바로 아시더라고요. 한가지 미흡한 점이 있긴 했어요. 조식은 60위안 내고 먹을 정도는 아니었어요... 먹거리가 다양하진 않았습니다. 그렇지만 전체적으로 너무너무 좋았습니다.

住宿環境很好 離鐘樓走路5分鐘 及鼓樓很近 還有體力 走20分鐘到城隍廟 及碑林 酒店外也有極方便公車 地鐵 及北方麵店小吃早餐 還有星巴克咖啡 對於台灣人而言絕對沒問題的 住客還可停車 還有遊泳池 健身設施

chegamos tarde da noite, o homem da recepção muito enrolado, eramos tres pessoas, o meu quarto com minha amiga ja estava pago e minha outra amiga que estava sozinha no quarto iria pagar ainda. ele fez o checkin do quarto da minha amiga inividual sem cobrar o quarto porque nem pra olha o numero de confirmação dela e queri cobrar o meu quarto ja pago, ficamos um tempãp tentando explicar depois de muito tempo que ele entendeu, muito enrolado e desgaste desnecessario falta de atenção do funcionario. mas a gerente no dia seguinte foi super prestativa, nosso voo foi cancelado por causa do tufão, e ela ficou ligando pra cia aerea pra tentar resolver como nao consegui chamou um taxi pra nos levar no aeroporto. o cafe da manha muito bom, não tem tanta variedade de cafe da manha ocidental, mas dentro da china e muito bom. localização excelente

Only negative and it wasnt the hotels fault

The map on Expedia is wrong for the hotels location. If you bring up the map and move to the right of where the hotel is marked, you will see a half circle road. The road coming off of the middle of the half circle is Nanxin Street, that is the street the hotel is located on. Its a couple of buildings in from the corner.
