“The hotel is set in a beautiful location, and I stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly, and the service was generally pleasant. However, given that it carries the Sofitel Legend brand, the condition of the rooms was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I inspected the bathroom and reported finding hair in both the bathtub and shower. While housekeeping attended and cleaned the bathtub, the shower was overlooked—the same strands of hair remained afterward, which……
