"The hotel is ok for the price. I booked two night stay at the hotel, second day in the afternoon, hotel staff asked me to pay and they claimed that they didn’t receive the payment. Since I have used my Expedia credit dollar and also the extra fees are deducted from my credit card few weeks ago before my stay, I assumed the hotel should not charge me any fees. But no, the hotel charged me 2 nights fees and Expedia also charge me for the hotel fees. From the hotel staff, I learned that they are not directly with Expedia but with another agency named “MeiGao”, which might have direct contact with Expedia. Currently, it is being 24 hours and I am charge twice the hotel fees and did not get a reply from Expedia yet. Very frustrated about the experience. Expedia, please do not list any hotels if you have no direct contact with the hotel and do not charge your customers twice and put your users and the hotel in the situation!"
