"We stopped by Guangzhou for 2 days on our way into Chongqing. Decided to stay at the Sheraton Guangzhou. I am in the hospitality industry and appreciate great service. The staff at the Sheraton was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. A couple of things that stood out to me was: First: I mispalced my wallet, and was out having dinner with friends. Called the hotel and gave them permissions to enter my room to check if it was there. The manager went out of their way to ensure they found it. So i could enjoy my time out without having to make the trek back. Second, We left the "Do not disturb" sign as we didnt need our room made up for only 2 day stay. They called to make sure we were okay, and asked if we needed anything. We travel a lot! Like i mean a lot! Never ever have i had a hotel front desk team do this. The customer service level and the care is beyond the next level. We highly recommended the Sheraton Guangzhou. Great job to the management team in training your staff. "

"This apartment goes beyond basics. It's the thoughtful details - like the premium towels, laundry powder, the international TV channels and spacious floor spaces that lift the experience. Combined with its unbeatable location in one of Guangzhou's best districts, its provides a seamless and comfortable base for sightseeing. The closest metro is Tiyu Xilu Station which is a few minutes walk, there is a vast underground network of shops nearby and a wide variety of restaurants and breakfast places within 5 mins walk. The apartment is within the Marriot hotel and we were on the top floor L38 which offers an expansive view of Guangzhou. The entry is a door next to the Marriot hotel. To check in, go to floor 27 room 9(need to take elevator to L23 and change elevator to L27). The checkin office is Magnolia."

"My wife I had an excellent stay, and from the very beginning to the end, all your staff were exceptionally gracious, warm, and attentive. We truly love your hotel and felt wonderfully hosted throughout our stay. The view from our room was magnificent and absolutely unforgettable. Because of this experience, we’ve made the decision to return and stay with you on a yearly basis. No other luxury hotels compare—not even AMAN. I would also like to make special mention of Raven from the concierge team. She is a true gem, a sincere and genuine person, always willing to assist her guests, and nothing ever feels like a burden to her. And lastly, I would also like to highlight an incident that both my husband and I witnessed, where one guest verbally abused and degraded two male concierge staff members on Thursday, 8 January, at around 1:45 pm. Your staff remained professionally patient at all times and did their utmost to calm the guest, even while being shouted at. They did not argue or retaliate, but instead absorbed the situation with dignity to protect the hotel’s brand and reputation. Such courage, restraint, and professionalism should be recognised and acknowledged. It left a deep impression on us and further reinforced our respect and admiration for your team.
