"We arrived 11 pm straight from Vietnam get to the hotel tired only to be told that they don’t take credit card, so we had no local money to pay the cab, hotel only accepted cash up front for the room and room service,so we had to find somewhere late At night to get cash.the service was nonexistent. "Wifi terrible. Need improvement. 6 nights stay complain more than 3 times. Action taken but no help. Can't online but can use for whatapps and wechat. Wonder why. "
