「Must mention Sukothai's concierge. They are really very helpful from lending (end up giving )us plug adaptors to searching and helping us order essential items online. Most helpful and resourceful hotel concierge.
We actually booked CoreStay apartments via another platform and the place was so disgusting we had to move out immediately. So lucky to be able to book Sukothai last minute and they even accomodated us with adjoining rooms. This is our second time staying here and will come back...

「On the night I checked in, something terrible happened, specifically the uninterrupted running water noise on the previous floor, and the room was asked to be replaced. In the picture, you should be able to see stains on the walls of the room. What's more exaggerated is that the bathroom facilities are already broken and it feels dangerous. In terms of breakfast, it is actually not delicious, there are not many choices, and the quality is average. However, the staff have a good service attitude,...

「Location is good but rooms have musty smell. The plug for hair dryer kept coming off from the main socket. Cleanliness was average. We were disappointed that we were given city view instead of the bund view even though we have booked for 8 days. Should have indicated if not cancel the booking. Counter staff was not friendly on the day we arrived. (Arrived at around 8 pm) Only one guy at counter and he looked tired. He even gave us the wrong key for one of our rooms and we have to keep all our...
