Extremely disappointed in this place. The check in was a nightmare the receptionist was rude from the second I walked up, she was not trained correctly because had no idea about anything when it came to the resort. They have these nice restaurants that you have to make reservations for I asked if the food at those restaurants were included in the all inclusive she said no that it was extra, so we just made one reservation on our last night there to one of them out of 4, well when we get to our reservation we find out that it is included, meaning we could have tried all of them, because trust me the buffet food that we thought we only included was not all that great. Our room was Uhg the ac didn’t work, the hair dryer sparked and basically killed all the plugs in the room including tv, and fridge then I’m told they can’t change my room till 3 pm the next day so there goes our first day at this place, when they finally change us the entrance door needed like 3 people to push this thing open it was so hard to open and close but atleast the ac worked. At check in I was charged more than what Expedia said, which I did not make a big deal about until this girl calls me at 930 pm to tell me that I still owe a very low amount like why would you call so late for that amount I found that so unprofessional. The market tries to up charge everything. The place won’t let you use outside transportation because they want you to pay their expensive prices.
