“Staff were very friendly, and the property has lots of design details with nature. I will highly recommend the Yoga class and massage sessions with Daniel as I get recovered from a chronic pain in my shoulder after two yoga classes and a massage. I had no mosquitos in my room although I was in the jungle, and I think the property did a great job with mosquitos control around the room. There are some around the reception area though.”

“Excelente opción para disfrutar la hermosa laguna de Bacalar!
Muy amable todo el personal y el muelle está increíble, nosotros disfrutamos el amanecer y las tardes en las hamacas y los kayaks y paddleboards incluidos en la reservación.
El dueño nos dio excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para comer y visitar en Bacalar, y nos ayudó a reservar un tour en pontón que pasó directo al muelle por nosotros entonces no tuvimos ni que salir del hotel para ese tour por toda la laguna.

“Wonderful oasis of relaxation right in the middle of the jungle by the lagoon. Very courteous and attentive staff, great amenities and clean room! Love the shala and classes offered. Food is also fresh and delicious. Facials are recommended. Would definitely go back!”

“La habitación es muy amplia y la cama es muy cómoda, el desayuno que sirven es excelente, los alimentos de excelente calidad y su cantidad es muy basta.
A mi parecer, tienen la mejor vista a la laguna, sus zonas de descanso son muy confortables.
El personal es de lo más amable, todos dispuestos a ayudar y saludan en todo momento, nos apoyaron con sugerencias para aprovechar mejor nuestra estancia.
El kayak y chalecos están disponibles para todos los huéspedes!

“This property is truly a secret gem! Gentlemen at the gate, making us feel safe yet welcome! Woman at check was super nice, I don’t speak spanish, and she took such great care of me! The property is beautiful, you can wonder around in the garden area, sit by the pool, and just relax. We will definitely be coming back for future stays! ”
