“Casa Parcha is beautiful and was such a relaxing experience. We stayed in the glamping tent and the setup was simple and perfect. The sound of the waterfalls and birds was so peaceful. We did not want to leave and will definitely be returning. Yusenia was super friendly and accommodating. ”

“Our stay was very disappointing. The property did not match what was shown in the pictures on Expedia at all—what you see advertised is not what you get. There were not enough basic supplies provided. We had a shortage of essentials like towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and even blankets, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working, and to make matters worse, there were frequent power outages with no backup generator available. This made it extremely……

“The front desk staff were amazing. Brian, Alanis and Aleida were always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff responded fairly quickly. There are some issues on the property that need addressing. The restaurant menu was not too appealing. The beach was within walking distance but you can’t get in. Limited drawers, a loud schilling noise from shower head, slippery moist floors resulting from increasing the temperature in the room are some examples. Overall a peaceful , restful vacay.”
