「The unit was clean on arrival and there were no serious issues. There were some nitpicky items: the bathtub faucet dripped, almost all of the drawers in the chest in the bedroom and in the bathroom were full of extra bedding or towels, leaving the bedside tables the only drawers to store clothing in. 「Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that.」

「The view is outstanding. Can't ask for a better place to sit and watch the waves. The furnishing are not too comfortable. The bed was good and supportive. The windows that open need screens. The door lock system with the codes is finicky. Go slow inputtingthe numbers. Good convenience to local food and drink. Just need to walk a block or two.」

「We were overall impressed with this condo. The only downside was the number of stairs. Being in our mid 70s and not in our best shape we struggled a bit but would definitely recommend it. Was so nice being able to walk downtown to shops and restaurants.」
