The house is fine. That being said, it's in a very remote location. You are far from everything. The main problem I have is not with the property, exactly, so much as it's with the owners/property manager. The people you communicate with make or break your experience.It is advertised as having beach access. The day of our arrival, as we were driving to the property, we were notified the beach access was closed due to repairs. The beach access was the only reason we chose this spot. Now, I'm not unreasonable, but it is only fair when the only thing your property has going for it is beach access, and the beach access is closed, to be notified in a reasonable amount of time to rebook. As we were arriving, we were told there was another beach close by. This property is on highway 101. There are no sidewalks. The other beach is a good 15 minute walk away. That is not the same thing.I feel it is only fair to be fairly compensated for the miscommunication. I was offered, after a good deal if hassle, a refund of 19.I would recommend you find another place to stay. Communication is key especially when you're on vacation.
