Small and Quarky property. Perfect for A Bestie's Trip. Back yard and home were cute. My only real concern with this property is the "Door lock" on the Deck room....A light kick would defeat that pin lock easily as the handle lock is Toasted. Please consider changing that for safety reasons. Would Recommend

On arrival we found a piece of feces in the toilet bowl. It took SEVERAL pumps to get body wash, conditioner and shampoo out of the containers in the shower. Unreliable and spotty Wi-Fi. Over-priced. Will not return here, never refer family or friends and will not use Vacasa again.

Getaway get away from WA

Comfortable small private home in a quiet setting off hwy 101. Short drive to beaches and Yachats, Waldport & Newport. Fenced yard helpful for bringing our dog & letting her roam. Outside seating could be more comfortable so we brought our own camp chairs into the yard. Would be fun with another couple (or kids)to have a fire in the 'pit'. All the household amenities available if needed; oven, stove, grill, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, stereo, wifi....even a great library of books! All in all we enjoyed our visit and the closeness of towns & beaches to explore!

Great for a weekend trip

Cute little down to earth property. It's kind of worn down but not in a way that really bothers you. You can technically walk to the beach although you have to walk down the highway and it did not feel safe. It's an adorable town super cool Crystal shop a lot of fun little things to do. Probably would stay here again.

Nice, quiet stay

The property is small, but just the right size for the four of us with our dog. The home is older, but had everything we needed. It was nice to enjoy the firepit and the hot tub in the evening under the stars. The walk to the beach is a bit longer than advertised. It took about 10 minutes. This is a nice place and location for a relaxing time away.

Cute home, except for…

Bats, there are bats in the attic and we needed to remove them from the home each night of our stay. Decor was dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Would rent again provided the bar issue is resolved.

Cute little beach house. House was clean and hot tub was nice. Only complaint is the beds, mainly the one in the room near the hot tub. Felt like an old matress someone found on craigslist or something. Worst sleep ive had in awhile. You need the hot tub to help your body after trying to sleep on that bed.

Lovely cottage in a quiet setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at the Getaway. We found the place to cozy, cute, clean and comfortable. The home is a the end of dead end road and is very quiet and peaceful. You can hear the ocean at all hours.

Tranquil Coast Getaway

We love the seclusion of this house, the fireplace and the hot tub. It was perfect for us, our dogs, and another couple. Easy walking distance to the beach and driving access to both downtown Yachats, and of course the nearby towns of Newport and Florence. The house is rustic in the best way possible, truly a cabin in the woods, away from cell phone range.

Cozy cabin!

We loved staying at this cozy cabin with hot tub! The heat was turned on (the outdoor lights were all off, so it was hard to see to unlock the door) when we arrived, and we really enjoyed the open living/dining/kitchen area. We brought board games and never turned on the TV! It felt so good to warm up in the hot tub after exploring the beaches and watching storm waves.

Gateway House

The house met our needs very well. 2-bedrooms and a place for our dog. There was firewood for the backyard fire pit. The neighbors are a lot closer than you see in the pictures, but did not bother us. The fenced yard is a plus. We had a good time.
