  • 'Sea Breeze' is a beautiful 1200 square foot site-built single storey home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room, fully appointed kitchen, and laundry facilities. A pine sunroom greets you as you walk in the door. A great room to relax and enjoy the sun or sit for quiet contemplation. Sea Breeze has been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard with everything you'll need for a great seaside vacation.

    The house is located in the heart of Yachats, with beach access just across the street (See photos of beach access) Enjoy beautiful walks along the 804 trail both to the north and south of us. Once on the beautiful sandy beach you can explore the tide pools, hunt for agates, enjoy the majesty of the waves breaking on the shore, or just relax beside the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

    Yachats describes itself as 'The Gem of the Oregon Coast' and regularly receives five star reviews on sites such as TripAdvisor. There are many interesting, locally owned shops, coffee shops and eateries as well as the essentials such as a grocery store and Post Office.

We loved our stay at this home. It had everything our family needed for a break from a long stretch of camping. The home was clean, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, and the beds were comfortable. Also, the sheets weren't washed with heavily scented detergent, which was a huge plus. The location was wonderful- close to tidepools, trails, and the playground. The host was very communicative and went out of her way to accommodate us. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. With 2 generously sized bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, the house was perfect for two couples. Basically across the street from the coast path, and a few minutes walk into town - the location is hard to beat.

Convenient to necessities. Great tidepools a minute away.

It's just a couple blocks to a grocery store and several restaurants. It's across the street from some nice tidepools.

Backdrop of ocean waves

Located so close to the ocean you can hear the waves from inside. That's about the only sound, as it's a very quiet location but within easy walking distance to trails, restaurants etc.
