“Beautiful hotel. Lobby and Piano bar stunning. Pool area good and general facilities were very good. A little tired in places but didn’t detract from the general ambiance. “This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. “Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Cada dia pasaban a limpiar y incluso el primer dia que no teniamos con que fregar los platos, nos los fregaron. La entrada fue lo más complicado porqué llegamos con mucho sueño del vuelo y no tuvimos la habitacion hasta las 16h. En general estuvimos muy bien atendidos, el personal de 10 y las instalaciones también. Muy bien ubicado. Recomendaria tener personal de animación que hable español, ya que todo es en inglés y a pesar de que algunas personas de habla……

“Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room. The WiFi is not particularly good. The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff. The food was ok though nothing special.”

Probably not particularly ideal for youngsters either - again perhaps why guests tend to be a little older with no children. Clearly a winning formula as the hotel books out……

“Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine……
