“Beautiful apartment, incredible location, and wonderful hosts!”

“We love Ustune's place. It's clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The coffee machine makes very nice cappuccino. There are even some spices and oil if you want to do light cooking. And we were able to do laundry and use the drying rack. It is close to everything, including historical sites, shopping, parks, restaurants, cafe, groceries, but in quiet residential neighborhood.We felt lucked out to have stayed here. Thank you, Ustune!”

“There was no AC or Heat. The apartment was comfortable.There was no Wi-Fi available and it was not an optional offering. Cell service was poor inside the building so there is an issue if you are trying to do work, especially webinars or Zoom-type calls.The host was very accommodating and easy to work with.The location is literally right above two restaurants on the walkway along the beach.”

“Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer und noch ein kleiner Raum mit einer Couch. Die Queensize-Betten waren an sich bequem aber für zwei schwergewichtige Personen einfach zu schmal. Es gab alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war problemlos. Herzlichen Dank an Ana, die uns empfangen, in den Parkplatz geleitet hat und mit den Koffern behilflich war. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, es sind Treppen in die 2. Etage zu……

“Wonderful location and especially the apartment. Pedro was very receptive to us. Loved the personal effects in his one time family home. Made us feel At Home ourselves! Locations centrally situated to most everything in Madrid. Steps from Plaza Mayor which many locals also visit so its not just tourists. I actually enjoyed the 8 or so flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor -- got my work in. Its worth it!”

“In einem kleinen Dorf ohne viele Touristen liegt diese kleine Wohnung. Unten ist ein Restaurant, welches nur am Wochenende offen ist. Mit Auto alles andere gut zu erreichen.”
