Totalmente recomendable. Muchas gracias ”

“Pedro was an excellent host. We had a fantastic time in Madrid!”

“Yet again this property doesn't disappoint! From its location, pool amenities, facilities, cleanliness. The host is quick to reply and resolve any queries / concerns. This is our 3rd time staying here and we'll be back again in 8 weeks!! Cannot recommend enough!!”

“All very good ,better than asked, would stay again. Perfect location perfect”

“Staying at Callao Flat in Madrid was a wonderful decision. The place is excellently located in order to see all of the sights by foot or metro. Ubers and taxis are everywhere as well. The flat itself did easily accommodate the 8 of us with 3 rooms w/bathroom and 2 rooms sharing a large bathroom. The kitchen and living area was large enough to gather and mingle. The appliances are all advanced state of the art, and the communication either the host was very easy! I would highly recommend this……

“Bestens. Immer wieder gerne”

“The host and other members were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful, Paolo is the best ! We received a great welcome and lovely to see kitchen/washng items already there. Clean and loved the new kitchen and bathrooms. I do feel I should warn people about the loud music coming up from the bar below. It does not go quiet until 3am at the weekends. We have just spent four weeks here, so we kind of got to know which days and what times the music started and stopped. I manage to get some……

“Excellent apartment. Very clean and spacious. The lovely Anna went above and beyond while waiting until early hours of the morning for our delayed flight and long queue at Passport Control. Would stay again.”

“Estupendo piso super bien situado. Propietario es un encanto. Muchas gracias.”

“Tutto molto buono”
