「Very fast communication and quick to help with anything I needed」

「We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We walked to Sagrada Familia, Park Guell and Gothic Quarter. The only problem was with the keys. We were told to lock the door when we leave, but the keys didn't work. And we were able to open the door with only one of the keys. So check your keys when you get them.」

「Apartment is in a fantastic location. , right in the centre of Madrid on Gran Via with shops , bars and restaurants within minutes walkIt’s very spacious and the bedrooms perfectly placed for privacy . The terrace is such an asset in the hot Madrid weather and gives an area to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with Flavie was excellent I would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a very enjoyable Madrid visit 」

「We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Its location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the old town with an abundance of Pintxos bars and restaurants. You can also be at La Concha beach in a matter of minutes! La Concha was a real highlight for us. It is lovely. The check in process was easy and the communication from Miren was brilliant!!!! The apartment itself is very spacious with everything you need, including a washing machine. We had travelled from the Pyrénées, so being able to wash and...

「Proche du centre historique. Logement avec peu de fenetre, a part des lucarnes dans la chambre (partiellement caché par des stores) et dans salle de bain. Propreté limite (odeur desagreable, et cafard). Store cassé, verre dépareillé. Heureusement il est proche de tout, avec les conseil de l hote pour les restaurants, c est les seuls points positif. 」

「10 nights in this apartment, everything we needed to make it a fabulous holiday, well equipped, clean, comfortable, and a brilliant terrace, the location is great, just 1 street back off a busy road and it was extremely quiet.」

"不知道是歐洲人做事速度慢還是怎樣，叫房間服務會等上20分鐘，切還搞錯。離開拿行李時，人員拿出來等了快10幾分鐘，計程車都到了，行李還沒出來。其他方面都很滿意，特別是咖啡廳的可頌跟咖啡非常好吃，非常值得去試。"

"Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again."

"The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall experience is a pleasant one. Do keep an eye on your phones and wallets when you are in the neighborhood!"
