Everything is great!

Perfekte Wohnung für Familie mit Kindern. Ganz in der Nähe vom Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Transport, alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Antoni war auch hervorragend! Er ist eine sehr nette Person, hilfsbereit und recht gut erreichbar. Gern mal wieder!

Kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen

Ausser der Terrasse gibt es in dieser Wohnung nichts was erwähnenswert ist, Im Doppelbett sind die Matratzen richtig durch, im Bad muss man in die Dusche treten um auf Toilette zu gehen, es ständig nach Fäkalien gestunken und wenn man das Fenster im Kinderzimmer öffnet weiß man auch warum, es hat ständig ein Hund gebellt, und andere Mieter haben ständig Lärm bis nachts um 4 gemacht. Also wir sicher nicht wieder.

Einfach perfekt!

Für uns war es das zweite Mal in Ca’n Picafort. Die Wohnung ist super, tolle Lage, einfach ideal für uns als 5 köpfige Familie! Toni und seine Familie sind super lieb, nett und hilfsbereit, besser als dort geht es einfach nicht! Wir sind nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder da!!!

Wohlfühlen wie Zuhause

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem was das Herz begehrt und Tip-Top sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir (6 Personen) haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt, Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Der Balkon liegt morgens im Schatten und lädt zum Frühstücken im Freien ein, der Platz ist mehr als ausreichend und auch ideal für kleine Kinder. Vom Kinderstuhl bis Babybadewanne war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral für Einkäufe und Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Great apartment near the sea

The apartment is very well equipped. Great for a stay with a baby too. Near all the activities yet in a quiet relaxing and peaceful setting. The host was very friendly and he did every thing to make us feel confortable.

We had a lovely time and the apartment was exactly where we expected and the welcome was very good.

The property was excellent and the small things like making sure we had water on our arrival and even some nibbles was a great touch. Very clean and well stocked apartment. Lovely veranda outside

Appartement très bien situé à Can Picafort, proche de la mer et des restaurants/magasins

Cet appartement est très bien pour passer de bonnes vacances. Il se situe proche de la mer et de la rue où se trouvent les magasins et restaurants. Pour une famille de 4 personnes (dont 2 enfants de 1 an et demi et de 3 ans et demi), il était agréable. Chaque enfant avait sa chambre. La salle de bain est certes petite mais le nécessaire est là. La terrasse est très bien pour prendre le soleil ou y faire un repas. Il est assez facile de trouver une place de parc dans la rue. L'appartement se trouve au premier étage. Le quartier est calme. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour dormir. La climatisation dans 2 chambres est appréciable durant les nuits très chaudes. La cuisine est bien agencée avec la machine à laver la vaisselle et le lave-linge. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponible en cas de question. Nous sommes arrivés avec plus de 2 heures de retard à cause de notre vol, ce qui nous a fait arriver très tard dans la soirée mais ils étaient là à nous attendre avec le sourire. Nous avons passés 2 semaines de vacances très agréable.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in guter Lage

Tres Bon sejour à Can Picafort

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Can Picafort. L'appartement était conforme aux photos et descriptif. Très propre et confortable , décoré avec gout. La salle de bains un peu petite et pas très fonctionnelle pour 5 mais l'indispensable y était. La terrasse est grande est très agréable , nous avons fait tous nos repas dessus , mais le parasol était un peu petit pour les heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont été à l'écoute de nos demandes.
