Located in the beautiful Residencial Iris Complex, and overlooking a stunning shared pool, Casa Hannah is the perfect holiday villa to enjoy everything that Playa Blanca has to offer.



As you arrive at your dream Lanzarote holiday villa, there’s a pretty garden area complete with 6 sunbeds and a comfortable outdoor seating area so you can relax and enjoy the sunshine whilst overlooking the pool.



Walking into your holiday villa, you’re immediately in the heart of your Playa Blanca home. An open-plan living space - lounge, kitchen, and dining area is comfortable and has everything that you might need and want.



There’s a corner sofa and a large screen TV complete with international channels, BBC, ITV, Sports and Movies – perfect for a relaxing evening together.



Your kitchen has been expertly designed and is a complete home from home. Appliances include a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a microwave… we’ve tried to think of everything a budding Chef and a bustling family might need!



Walking up to the first floor, your master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning for those warm Summer nights. A pretty little balcony leads from the bedroom and overlooks the pool area. Enjoying the perfect rays of the rising sun, we can’t think of a lovelier place to enjoy a morning coffee.



Across the landing is a twin bedroom, with two single beds and a large, fitted wardrobe.



The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with two single beds and a desk. Through French windows, the bedroom leads to the private terrace to the rear of the property.



This lovely private terrace benefits from a beautifully presented feature BBQ and seating area with fairy lights… perfect for an evening of great food, drinks, and the best company!



There is also a storage cupboard out the back which is where the washing machine is housed.



Casa Hannah enjoys one of the prime locations in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote and is a mere 5-minute walk from the nearest sandy beach. Just a short distance from your front door is the beginning of the famous Playa Blanca promenade offering wonderful views of the ocean and on a clear day, neighboring island Fuerteventura! Enjoy a romantic early evening walk together or with friends and family to Marina Rubicon and into the center of Playa Blanca.



Walk in the opposite direction and you’ll reach the world-famous Papagayo Beaches… a mere 20-minute walk away!
