Definitely recommend this Villa ! Clean , comfortable, well equipped and outside area was fabulous! Close to Marina Rubicon which was what we were after ! Would absolutely stay again x

Great holiday. The villa was lovely. Really nice pool - lovely temperature. Nice comfortable lounge. Location was good - 10 min walk to the supermarket. 15 mins to Marina. Lots of restaurants and bars that you can walk to. We love Playa Blanca. The only issue we had with the villa was that the air con wasn't working in 2 of the bedrooms when we arrived. The property management company were really quick at getting back to us and sent someone out the next day. Unfortunately, it was a problem with the electronics so they needed to get the manufacturers out which meant it couldn't be fixed while we were there, but management company sent out extra fans. They also allowed us to stay late at the villa on the last day (we had a late flight) to make up for it, which was very much appreciated. I would happily return to this villa.

A computer tablet welcomed us not the host. The host & management company responded quickly when we contacted them, soon after our arrival due to the patio doors not closing. The host was very helpful.The Villa is nicely furnished and clean. Good television. We felt it was really a two bedroom Villa as there were only 4 dining room chairs and only seating for 4 adults in the sitting area which was quite compact.The third bedroom looks to be a filled in balcony & has patio doors, very few electric sockets and no wardrobe. The bedrooms are spacious.There is no downstairs heating or air conditioning and no fan heaters in case of cold weather. The Villa was very cold during our stay due to the weather so we wore jackets indoors at night.The pool is nicely maintained however the outside of the Villa is sparsely furnished. Just basic sunbeds, 1 table & 6 chairs. There was only 1 very small parasol. There were no blinds or wind breaks so due to the weather we were not able to eat outside. The position of the Villa is exposed to northerly & easterly winds and didn’t get much sun in the afternoon during January. The sun shone mainly on the car parking area.The car parking area is only a couple of feet away from the swimming pool so the car is next to the pool. There was communal parking at the end of the road.
