Great terrasse in the shades, nice pool and complete kitchen

The villa has a nice layout with great outdoor area. Pool is big enough to cool off and the terrasse has a full roof for ample of shaded area. Kitchen is complete with Microwave, Nespresso machine and a full oven. We used it several times. Location is awesome. Supermarket is about 5 min away, the UK food store 2 min further. The walk to the marina in Playa Blanca is about 15 min with good restaurants close by. Beautiful Playa Papagayo is 10 min with car. Service is awesome. Pools was cleaned regulary, linens were changed half way through our two weeks stay. The local team was always responsive. Pretty neat. Not much to complain about. If six people would watch TV, the sofa is kinda small. And overall, that sofa has seen his prime some time ago. But we were outside. The TV took a couple on minutes to be understood. Couldn't get normal TV channels to work. This may cause some questions by some clients of yours. The limitation regarding the use of toilett paper might be annoying to guests. But I guess this is more a Playa Blanca thing. Kitchen is pretty good, but you may need to look after the glases (not six wine glases). Knives were the usual dull tools you always find in a villa. Pots and pans are good.

Beautiful villa with lovely outdoor area

The villa had everything we needed Lovely kitchen with coffee machine . The pool area was brilliant and loads of sunbeds and areas to eat dinner and bbq outside. It’s about a 15 walk to the marina and its restaurants Only about 2 minutes walk away there is a coffee shop , supermarket and lovely Indian restaurant . We loved the villa. The only negative was the water pressure during our whole stay. It was very unpredictable. We couldn’t have showers a couple of The nights or use the washing machine . However a plumber did come out towards the end of the stay and fixed the problem and the water pressure was then really really good.

Amazing 2nd visit

The villa has had lots of upgrading done since our last visit. Astro turf around pool, bar area, outdoor shower. There were also lots of additional items such as karaoke machine, Bluetooth speakers and lots of games to pass the time and a small library of books. It has almost all sky channels. We also got a lovey little welcome pack of Milk, biscuits, tea coffee and sugar. There was a bottle of wine and a large bottle of beer in the fridge along with some Pineapple Juice. Aircon is also provided in the bedrooms. The Villa is spotlessly clean with a washing machine full oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. It also has a coffee machine that we were left a full box of pods for. We absolutely love this villa. The location is excellent and we would walk into Playa Blanca and back in the evening. The villa is very secure with an easy to work alarm for peace of mind when you go out. The service from Guest relations was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble from booking to arrival and duration of stay. Can’t wait to return next year. Thank you again. Maybe some extra towels. Nothing else we loved everything.
