Casa Leila - A private luxury villa, available to rent in the upmarket Faro Park area of Playa Blanca! Less than 30 minutes drive from Lanzarote airport, 5 minutes drive from Playa Blanca town centre and 5 minutes walk from the sea front promenade which spans the coastline from the Lighthouse to the Marina Rubicon. Casa Leila is located within the upmarket Faro Park residential area of Playa Blanca, a quiet and peaceful place within a 5 minutes walk of a variety of local shops, restaurants, cafes and small bars. Enjoy spectacular views of the famous Montaña Roja, while you sit back, relax and enjoy a well-earned holiday. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and the second bedroom has two single beds with memory foam mattresses. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and shuttered windows, enabling the rooms to remain cool and provide a darkened sleeping area if required. Luxury Egyptian cotton bath towels are provided for guests' use. Beach towels are also provided. A private, heated, swimming pool and also a large hot tub is located to the rear of the house and is set in a private, walled garden. A key-operated safe is provided free-of-charge, to keep your valuables secure. Free WiFi. Free UK & EuropeanTV package provided (including BBC, ITV, sports and movie channels), together with a small variety of international channels. There is a private parking spot to the front of the villa. Casa Leila has everything you require to make this a perfect 'home-from-home' in a peaceful and tranquil setting!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The property is actually a three-bedroom property, however, one bedroom (the upstairs bedroom) is locked and not included within the rental. This has been reflected in the rental price and guests still enjoy the benefits of a larger-than-average property and plot. The two bedrooms which are included in the rental are both located on the ground floor. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The upstairs consists of only the locked bedroom, therefore guests will have no access to the upstairs of the property.

Hassle free, we were able to check-in early which we were really grateful of.The house was perfect for our needs, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Very quiet and private - not overlooked at all.The pool.was lovely and we used it every day.We had to Google how to warm up the hot tub, so that was 'ready' for us on day 2, the electric did trip a few times during our stay, but it switched back on ok, but it did mean we couldn't really go in the hot tub together as it seemed to be the jets that triggered it. The location was great - 5mins over the scrubland or 10 mins on the pavement to the bus stop and the strip of bars and restaurants - to be honest, there's enough here to cater for everything you may need, but we used the locals buses a lot 1.40 pp into Playa Blanca - bargain We have already booked for next year - hopefully the weather will be a bit more constantly warm in 2027!!!Thank you for everything, we loved it - thanks for sharing your slice of paradise

Suzanne is a wonderful host. We'd had some issues with the taxi to the property and Suzanne sorted them out very promptly and efficiently. She was the perfect host - always available and incredibly proactive. We wouldn't have had such a good stay without her. The property itself is lovely and very private. We used the hot-tub more than the pool because it's November. There are fantastic restuarants within 10 minutes walk which were great for dinner and a lovely supermarket with a great bakery. Playa Blanca central is a 1 hour walk each way but it's on a lovely picturesque boardwalk (hard standing) and so we did this every 2 or 3 days. We would definitely return to this great villa.

Wir konnten die Zeit im schönen Casa Leila sehr geniessen. Das Haus, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.Einzig was wir ein bisschen vermisst haben war ein Sonnenschirm bei der Lounge im Garten.Vielleicht sollte man 2x die Woche schauen nach dem Pool. Denn nach dem Reinigen sah er nach 2 Tagen wieder gleich aus. Was aber verständlich ist beim Wind.Wir würden aber sofort wieder kommen.Die Kommunikation mit Suzanne war top.

This is our 4th visit and our favourite villa in Playa Blanca. It is near the lighthouse so a car is recommended, but it's easily walking distance to a small parade of shops, bars and restaurants. The villa itself has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. The pool is a great size and nice and warm - we dont really use the hot tub but would be welcome in the winter. Suzanne is attentive to answer questions. I can recommend this so highly and we'll be back next year.

A brilliant holiday

We went on holiday for my husband 60th birthday. We had a brilliant time ,Short walk to some restaurants & grocery stores.The accommodation was well equipped & outside garden was lovely & private . The swimming pool was brilliant & warm we used it every day. Suzanne the host was outstanding in every way.

Ideal villa for a peaceful stay

My husband and I stayed for a week in mid January.The property manager was really helpful with organising transfers and letting us stay longer as we had a late flight.The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, even a bookshelf full of an assortment of books, heaven!The tv had lots of movie channels as well as regular tv.Towels were thick and fluffy, always a good sign.Shower always had plenty of hot water.The outside areas were clearly well maintained and the pool and the hot tub were an added bonus as the weather was warmer than anticipated.We had stayed in this area before so knew of the strip of shops, bars and restaurants about a 5-10 minutes walk away. There is enough selection there if you don’t want to venture into playa Blanca itself.The area that the villa is situated in was very peaceful and well maintained. The garden itself had high walls so very private and not overlooked by any neighbours.We had a great time relaxing here, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would love to return.After visiting I can understand all the 5* ratings.Thank you for letting us stay.

Relaxing in a quiet private villa

Comfortable villa in peaceful location close to several good restaurants and supermarket. Would recommend a car although there is a regular bus service to town. Villa is well equipped and comfortable with a heated pool and a lovely hot tub. Suzanne, Villa manager, was very helpful when we had any questions or requests. Nothing was too much trouble. There isn’t any air conditioning although a fan is supplied, slept with the windows open. Only slight complaint was the bed was extremely creaky with the slightest of movement. However, we would love to return.

A perfect break

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Casa Leila. The villa is a great size, and was clean with everything we needed. We also loved having both the pool and hot tub! The local area is nice and quiet, with a few shops & restaurants just round the corner. However we preferred taking a short drive into Playa Blanca for dinner. If you want a peaceful, relaxing break, we would definitely recommend Casa Leila!

Fabulous Villa

Having stayed in a few villas in this area this one was the best we've been in. There was a problem on arrival but our villa manager (Suzanne) leapt into action and resolved it, which is the best recommendation that one can possibly give. We had a wonderful holiday and will no doubt return.

Very well maintained property with all the facilities that we needed. Quiet location, but with easy access to local shops & restaurants with Playa Blanca centre only a short drive away. Everything we needed for a relaxing break away from the UK winter weather.

Special Birthday

Wonderful holiday Villa. We had a great vacation, husbands 50th. Really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Perfect location for a quiet holiday. We know the Island well and recommend hiring a car to explore! Would have loved the use of the upstairs room and patio but all was well equipped with the villa and all in good condition and clean. We will happily return.

Belle maison dans un environnement calme, très propre et bien équipée avec une déco soignée et une piscine chauffée très agréable. le spa est un vrai plus ! Merci à Suzanne pour les informations transmises lors de l'arrivée qui sont au top. Nous avons pu découvrir Lanzarote avec la côte Ouest volcanique & sauvage et la côte Est plus touristique tout en restant accessible avec de très belles plages. Un vrai dépaysement!
