Convenient location

Casa Sol is in a convenient location a 10 minute easy stroll from the shops and restaurants at Marina Rubicon. The villa was spotlessly clean and reasonably well equipped. Initially, we had a problem with gaining access to the property, which has a, for us anyway, confusing digital door lock. The problem was resolved after contacting the emergency number. Overall, we would certainly come back.

Alles ( Sonne, Wasser, Umgebung, freundliche Menschen, Haus ) war wunderschön —- wenn nur die Nachbarn ( wohl Besitzer aus Hannover ) nicht so rücksichtslos laut gewesen wären; man konnte absolut alles hören, vor allem das nächtliche Gepolter - wahrscheinlich etwas unfähiger Möbelauf-/Umbau. Muy básica

Cuando llegamos la casa no estaba preparada ni limpia. Contacté con el operador y aunque de inmediato enviaron a la persona de limpieza, tardamos dos horas en poder hacer la entrada al apartamento. Respecto al equipamiento es muy básico: no dispone de cafetera, ni horno. Si la estancia es prolongada tener en cuenta que no dispone de lavadora. Las paredes están mal insonorizadas y se oyen todos los ruidos de las casas adyacentes. No hay ni una botella de agua de cortesía, algo que sí había en el resto de viviendas que hemos alquilado durante 8 años. No obstante, la ubicación es muy buena y la zona es muy tranquila, la piscina está muy bien y tiene un porche muy agradable para desayunar y comer ya que tiene orientación sur.
