Great week away

The apartment was perfect for a week away in winter. Location great so close to the Marina and walking distance to the town. Pool was cold but it and the outside areas were immaculate.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed in accommodation Casa Sol. It was perfect. Very peaceful and quiet. Casa Sol was very clean and well equipped for our stay. Well located for the marina with its good choice of restaurants and supermarket. Excellent communication with Dream Homes

Nice Casita

It was a very nice stay in the appartment and Playa Blanca.the appartment was perfect, clean, perfect size and we loved the area of the property. The pool was a high light.

Fabulous apartment located a few steps away from the pool. It had everything we needed, if there was one thing I can suggest, it would be good to supply lounger seating pads for the sun beds around the pool. Lovely touch leaving a welcome pack for arrival and communication with the agency was fantastic, always replied to any questions before arrival quickly. A short 15 minute stroll to the marina, where there are lots of nice restaurants, and a large supermarket less than 10 minutes walk away, will stay again

Friendly quiet complex but close to the Marina

Modern apartment in great location near to the Rubicón Marina which is lovely in the evening. Plenty of places within walking distance and there is a bus stop nearby. No need to hire a car. Apartment is well equipped with good Wi-Fi and a large flat screen tv. I would visit here again. Good communications with the apartment managers.

Sunny playa blanca

Perfectly located for the coastal path and easy access to the Rubicon Marina. Overall the complex was quiet. However the noise transferred between apartments was quite loud and as for me, I had to use my earplugs at night. The pool was cold but usable and kept extremely clean. Will we return - yes to playa Blanca but not to this apartment

Perfect stay

When we arrived, the apartment was perfectly clean. We have stayed in an apartment several times during our vacation , but this one was really top notch. Everything was as in the pictures. The bottle of wine present, the ham, cheese, and other drinks made it amazing. In the apartment everything worked perfectly. Fabulous location

Lovely duplex accommodation in a great location, short walk from the marina with great restaurants and shops. Easy access to Playa Blanca centre and we hired a car to see more of the island. Villa well equipped save for the kitchen - there is no oven facility so if you wanted to eat in you only have a hob and microwave to work with. An oven or grill system would make this a 5* for us just to give us the option for light cooking. No issues with booking process or check in. Overall very happy and would recommend/revisit.

Perfekt für eine Auszeit

Die Casa liegt in einer ruhigenWohngegend - kein Trubel, kein hörbarer Verkehr nur Wellenrauschen. Hübsch angelegter und sehr gepflegter Garten mit Pool. Perfekt gelegen: kurzer Fußweg zur Promenade, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Marina mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften, ca 20 Min. Fußweg zum Strand. Ein gut bestückter Supermarkt befindet sich in 3 Minuten Entfernung. Die Casa ist sehr wohnlich und außerordentlich zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit allem, was einem auch längere Aufenthalte angenehm macht. Es ist sehr sauber überall. Das Bad hat eine tolle Größe und ist blitzeblank. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden wöchentlich gewechselt. Es gibt genügend Stauraum, die Betten sind sehr angenehm und die Krönung ist der obere Balkon mit einem tollen Blick auf Pool und Umgebung. Die Poolanlage ist extrem sauber mit Liegen und viel Ruhe zum Entspannen. Die Casa ist super gesichert durch Safe und Alarmanlage. Die Agentur ist außerordentlich kundenorientiert jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit . Sie unterstütze mich bereits bei den Buchungsformalitäten und reagierte schnell und professionell bei einem persönlichen Problem.. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön - besonders an Guja! Es war für uns ein außerordentlich erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Casa Xalisa. Danke!

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt

Bei allem Verständnis für die Sicherung des Ferienhauses, hätte ich mir gewünscht, aktiv von seitens des Vermieters über das vorhandensein von Kameras im Innenbereich informiert zu werden.Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen..

Urlaub wie er sein soll

Schönes Haus, entspricht den Beschreibungen. Vorteile: sehr sauber tolle Lage (zu Fuß einkaufen, zu den Stränden, zum Bummeln an den Hafen) viele Restaurants in der Nähe ruhige Umgebung großer Pool eigener Parkplatz einfache schnelle KommunikationNachteile:- hellhöriges Haus - Pool ungeheizt (für uns im Januar zu kalt)

Schöner Aufenthalt

Hat alles gepasst, saubere, geräumige Wohnung, schöner Pool. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass man auf kurzem Fußweg entlang der Küste schnell zum schön angelegten Yachthafen Rubicon gelangt. Die Alarmanlage schaltet man aus, indem man den runden Chip (liegt auf dem Schaltkästchen) kurz an das Zahnradsymbol in der Mitte des Kästchens hält. Zum "Scharfmachen" das Symbol oben links auf dem Kästchen drücken. Das wurde bei den Unterlagen im Vorfeld etwas unklar beschrieben (auf Englisch).

gelungener Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, es gab anfangs ein paar Probleme, die aber mit der Agentur schnell geklärt wurden. Die dortigen Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, so dass es dann auch keine Beanstandungen mehr gab. In der Beschreibung stand, dass eine deutsche Verständigung möglich sei, dem war aber nicht so. Es ging dann auch auch auf Englisch, aber ich hatte extra darauf geachtet, da es dann alles auch ein wenig einfacher geht. Letztendlich hat aber alles geklappt und wir waren dann auch sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartement auch wieder buchen wollen.

Prachtige accommodatie

Een prachtig huis , van alle gemakken voorzien en op een mooie locatie op loopafstand van de boulevard met twee keer in de week een markt en prachtige horecagelegenheden. Het was top.
