Luvly villa but had a few issues

Hot tub lid broken and not cleaned so we couldn't use it.Property wasn't cleaned before we check-in we found dirty socks and a glass on sun terrace and a false nail by swimming pool.Surfaces not cleaned dinner plates dirty.Over all property not dusted or hoovered.Swimming pool filter blocked but was sorted out after a few days.Oven not usable as the numbers etc were worn off so couldn't see what was what on the dials .Lastly,We enjoyed our stay and hope these issues are addressed before the next guests arrive.

5 Star Price for a 3 Star villa

Booked this as a late family holiday to help with the loss of a close family member. Its got to be one of the poorer standard of Villa i have stayed in PB, It could be so much more, Pool wasn't clean on rolling back the covers, and took till the 3rd day of 7 to get done, compensated by extending check out till 3pm on last day at my request, Ensuite shower was tatty and needs upgraded, shower itself was poor, no pressure and off the wall, believe other showers were better, broken, mismatched repaired tiles around the pool, hot tub cover was first thing you see and it is very shabby, first impressions, Villa is huge, plenty room for the 6 of us, but only 5 beds at the pool, and 2 upstairs on the solarium, tiles between pool area and covered sitting broken and possibly dangerous to bare feet, needs attention. Washing machine and drying area is in a strange position leading to privacy issues in the twin bedroom, All in all villa was good but needs attention to justify the price.
