Charming and modern holiday home located in a very quiet residential area in the south of the island (Residencial Cactus). Fully equipped and comfortable. Features a heated private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, WiFi with fiber and satellite channels. Ideal for families and small groups.Villa Cassia has a living room with Smart TV, satellite channels, air conditioning for summer days, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, and dining table.This charming 3-bedroom house — two with double beds and the other with two single beds — is the perfect place to enjoy comfortable and relaxing holidays. Guests can enjoy the day with a dip in their private pool, shower in one of the 2 bathrooms available — both with shower — and have a drink on the private terrace of the house. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning for nights when they want to stay in.The terrace features a table with chairs and sun loungers, a barbecue area, and a foosball table. A washing machine is also available for guests.If you are looking for a holiday home equipped with all amenities and located in the most well-known locality of Lanzarote with the best beaches, look no further: Villa Cassia is your best option!The heated pool has an extra daily supplement.Air conditioning has an extra cost of €1 per hour.One set of towels per person, pool towels, and bedding are provided upon arrival.The property has a cot available upon request.Outside of guest reservation periods, the property is monitored by ADT using motion sensors and exterior cameras.
