The room was musty and smelled of mildew, took half a day with a/c full blast and patio door open to...

"They kept my luggage after checking out. The staff who handled my luggage was very helpful. She said she can speak 6 languages. Impressive. I booked a very high floor. However, the room was small, not made for enjoying a view. Lower level floors should be good enough."
