The Space:
Welcome to Sunset House - a stunning coastal retreat perfectly perched on Yamba Hill. With an ideal location, this spacious five-bedroom home places you within easy walking distance of Yamba’s beaches, cafes, and attractions while offering privacy, style and comfort in every detail.

Sunset House boasts two ensuite bedrooms on the upper floor and three additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom downstairs, providing ample space and privacy for families or groups. Multiple living areas give everyone room to relax, while the large, elevated deck with plush sofas and a family-sized BBQ is the perfect spot to soak in the panoramic views over Pippi Beach and the surrounding national park. Spend your afternoons lounging on the deck, grilling fresh local seafood and enjoying the sunset with friends and family.

This beautifully appointed home offers all the comforts of modern luxury. The fully air-conditioned interiors include a family-sized kitchen, a convenient laundry and an office with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming. Sunset House is equipped with luxury Leif bathroom soaps and shampoos, crisp high-quality linens and plush towels for a premium experience.

For guests with a boat, the undercover carport provides storage out of the elements with additional off-street parking for your vehicle on the driveway.

Next door, you’ll find Sunset Cottage - one of Yamba’s favourite one-bedroom holiday cottages. If you’re planning a larger gathering or need extra space, Sunset Cottage can be rented along with Sunset House, subject to availability.

Guest Access:
Access the property whenever suits you with a lock box located on the premises. There is an undercover carport space for your vehicle or boat and additional space for one vehicle to park behind in tandem in the driveway. Link St is a quiet street with plenty of free and unlimited additional on street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Sunset House is located in the centre of what the locals refer to as 'The Hill'. It's walking distance to all Yamba's five beaches, the golf course and the vibrant centre of town.

Getting Around:
Once you park your vehicle there will be little need to take it out again. Sunset House is approximately a 450m walk to Main Beach and 700m to the Pacific Hotel. It's a 650m walk to the centre of Town.
