The Space:
The Nest on Campbell sprawls across 5 split levels. Perfectly positioned on Yamba Hill, it sits between Main Beach, the golf course and the township of Yamba itself so you can wander to your morning swim, stroll 100 metres to town for coffee and boutiques or take in sweeping fairway views, all from your front door. Elevated and quiet, yet right in the action, the home balances privacy with proximity like nowhere else.

Inside, The Nest is styled with brightly coloured art and quality furnishings, a home that is comfortable and inviting. The Nest is made for families, couples and friends to gather, relax and savour Yamba’s coastal beauty.

At the top, the generous kitchen and dining area take centre stage. With stone benchtops, modern appliances and a long dining table softened by a built-in bench seat. Thoughtful kitchen essentials and a coffee machine are provided, along with everyday consumables.

A few steps down, the main lounge unfolds with generous, cushioned sofas and a big-screen TV. The lounge area is air-conditioned with a ceiling fan for comfort on those hot days. This space flows directly onto the balcony where adjustable plantation shutters frame panoramic views spanning from glimpses of Angourie across the golf course, Yamba streetscape to the Clarence River. Perfect for cocktail hour, the balcony is complete with a BBQ and outdoor seating - your front-row seat to Yamba’s sunsets and sea breezes.

On the ground floor, another living room offers a retreat for quiet moments. It opens onto a private patio with cushioned daybeds and an outdoor warm shower. This level also features a laundry and extra toilet, plus a secure double lock-up garage with room for two vehicles, surfboards, bikes and all the gear that comes with coastal adventures.

The bedrooms balance calm with refinement. The master suite is a sanctuary with air-conditioning, a walk-in robe, en-suite bathroom and its own balcony. A queen room and a twin single room, both air conditioned, share the family bathroom, both styled with contemporary finishes and stocked with luxury Leif bath soaps and shampoos for your convenience.

Guest Access:
The digital door lock makes check-in seamless, while the secure double lock-up garage provides parking for two vehicles plus extra space on the driveway.

Yamba is where coastal charm meets refined living. Its rhythm is unhurried: Sunrise swims, fresh pastries from the bakery, seafood lunches on the river and golden evenings watching the surf roll in. From The Nest’s elevated perch on Yamba Hill, you’re at the centre of it all - between beach, town and golf course, yet cocooned in privacy above the bustle. Discover boutique shops, lively bars, weekend markets and ocean pools or take the ferry across the Clarence to Yamba’s sister town, Iluka. Dolphins play in the river, whales migrate past the headlands in season and the air carries the scent of salt and frangipani.

Getting Around:
From The Nest, everything feels close. Step out and wander to Main Beach for a morning swim or into town for coffee, shopping and dinner. The golf course is a stroll away, while Pippi and Convent beaches, the lighthouse and the Pacific Hotel are all within minutes. If you’d like to explore further afield - Angourie’s surf breaks, Yuraygir’s coastal walks or the Clarence River estuary are a short drive. Parking for two cars makes exploring simple, but many guests find they hardly need the keys.
