Definitely book an executive level room with the beach view and outdoor tub if you can. There is a free drink and appetizer lounge for executive level room customers and other perks. "Rooms were clean and staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were a bit hard for my taste but weren’t bad. Rooms are smaller than American rooms but still nice and met the necessity. Breakfast was tasty and cost 1100 yen if you chose to eat. They offer both traditional Japanese food and also western foods. Coffee was very tasty."
