"The area is very peaceful and we were very grateful for the smart tv with Netflix. However, this should not be called a lodge, it is a motel, a lodge would have a cooking space for guests I would assume. We had lots of food to cook and nowhere to cook it. The microwave in the room did not work at all, did not heat even slightly…. One bed was ok but the other bed had such a big dip in the middle it meant sleep was challenging. The restaurant served amazing butter chicken, breakfast was great too."

"Great little spot. Had everything we needed (just have to bring covers for bedding and own towels). Really cute cottage and beautiful gardens. Plenty of wildlife around, wombats were great to watch in the evening! Our dog loved his stay, especially lying in front of the fireplace. Thanks!"

"Affordable, clean holiday home with all the amenities you would need. Situated in Port Welshpool and with access to the rail trail. Whilst basing myself here I visited Wilson’s Prom, Agnes Falls, Port Albert and other nearby towns. Host Kerry was great with his communication and instructions were clearly written. Would definitely like to stay here again."
