Changed room without additional charge

After check in at first day, I got the room which not same in a post. I'm feel not good and requested to change room, the reception accepted my requested and gave me a new room till my OK and accepted without any additional charge. I'm appreciated in this matter. I got the room river view...It's great but noisy in the mid-night time of car horn.

Usel städning, avlagringar i badrum och fönster. Se ut som svartmögel. Rökning tillåten, så samtliga 4 rum vi hyrde luktade cigarr. Trafikbuller 24 timmar.

Jag avråder alla barnfamiljer att bo på detta hotell. Det var smutsigt överallt, uppenbarligen kunde inte personalen städa. I badrummet var det avlagringar och svartmögel. Hotellet var inte rökfritt, luktade cigarr i samtliga fyra rum vi bokat. Utanför var en sexfilig mycket trafikerad gata och inga trottoarer, så det fanns inte en chans att gå utanför hotellet.

Excellent Service

The staff are very gracious and try very hard to please their customers in any way. Complimentary breakfast is quite good (mostly Asian breakfast options). Unfortunately, the karaoke on the 6th floor is very loud and goes from about 8 pm to 2 am daily. The view of the river is very nice, but it is not close to the downtown if that's what you are interested in.

We stayed here for 6 nights and was very pleased. The Hotel was under construction but it still was very nice.

Good price for online only

When i get the hotel, they gave a small room no windows then later they changed another room with window for me. It Was nice.. I called hotel to stay up agin,after trip they raised the price. I hang up the phone and no more staying. The price is good for online only

I would not stay again

There was quite a bit of mildew in the room which made it uncomfortable for my asthma. The electricity would cut out in the night so that the air conditioning would not run for more than half an hour or so. The wifi signal was barely strong enough to load static websites. Sound carried very easily. The staff were very helpful at getting taxis.

Nice new hotel in Yangon

Value for money Hotel. Front office lady is very kind, helping various things i.e. taxi, ensuring our stay afterwards returning to Yangon. Breakfast is Ok. The hotel has security too. Location is not in downtown; but not significant issue. In Yangon, need taxi to go everywhere, and cost wise not so different.
