Location is great. Directly above a fantastic restaurant. Next door the 1872 Saloon with karaoke and a relaxed vibe. Comfortable beds and clean from top to bottom.

loved the location for what i was doing. The main bedroom balcony door couldn't be locked ant the blinds were falling apart and hard to close.

Stayed here over hockey state tournament with my son. For just a little more money than a hotel room, we both had our own rooms, bathroom is big, the living room / dining room / kitchen are huge. A ton of counter space for entertaining. My son had 3 teammates over to play games both nights and they loved the big table to play the games.

The property was spacious and nice enough. It could use a deep cleaning. But the real issue is noise. There is a popular outdoor drinking establishment across the street from the property that gets really loud in the evening and into the early morning. The street noise destroyed out experience at this property.

Myself and my archery coach were coming in to town do a tournament from Northern Mn and we were so pleased with our stay in this property. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect - walking distance to bars, dining, and downtown shopping, plus a great view of the river while we ate breakfast each morning on the balcony. Plenty of room to have our friends over before going out and for winding down after a night on the town. This place made for a perfect friends weekend.

There is a coffee pot and a Kuerig there and neither one works. I am assuming it didn’t work for the last people as there were still dry grounds in it.

I think the pictures tell the story of the property nicely…
It has a very impressive family room, and really the whole facility was nice. It is located on top of a restaurant and has an awkward entrance… But other than that the place was very nice with really good views. Located right across the street from a park that borders the Missouri River. Easy to walk downtown and there are plenty of bars in Yankton. Our favorite was the Walnut Tavern. Lots of people and lots of energy. One thing we discovered in the area we were in there were not a lot of good restaurant options, but the one we found was a wonderful Mexican place called Mexico Viejo.

This apartment was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. It is conveniently located above the River's Edge and is walking distance to. everything downtown. We were also just a couple of blocks away from the walking bridge over the Missouri River into Nebraska which was cool and just a 10 minute drive from the Lewis and Clark recreation area and lake and a bunch of great hiking trails. The city of Yankton was great and offered up lots of dining and entertainment options as well as some good shopping experiences. The host 'Paul' was awesome and really took the time and effort to make our stay great by giving us a lot of information about the area and where to go and what to see. We had a blast during our 2 night stay in Yankton. Make sure to get some Charlies pizza, a drink from the Black Orchid and 1872 saloon, and some coffee from Muddy Mo's.

We enjoyed our short trip to Yankton and the apartment fit our needs. A few items could use updating or repair but overall comfortable enough to use as a home base for a few nights.
The location can’t be beat for easy access to downtown and the river, including the pedestrian bridge.
The owner was very responsive and helpful.

The location is amazing.. I enjoyed the restaurant below. I had some trouble with the TV and internet but the property manager came over and resolved the issues. I enjoyed being so close to the river.

We went to Yankton for a getaway close to home during COVID and decided to try this apartment. The space is clean and exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable and there was just enough room for our 4 person family. There is just one quirky thing worth mentioning and that’s the apartment entrance. It’s located on top of a nice restaurant which means the stairway entrance is in the middle of the outdoor dining patio. We literally were walking past people enjoying a nice lunch or dinner while we were pulling our cooler and coming back from the lake to get to the apartment door. I’m not sure what could be done to make the entry more private but it’s awkward entering the keyless entry code about 7 feet away from people eating. Other than that - great place and host.
