「Clean and very comfortable Our room was cute and the staff were great!」

「Check in was done by phone instructions. No interaction face to face. Room is in need of upgrade. No air conditioner. no fan in washroom, no coffee service. WiFi was intermittent and slow when active. No internet meant no service on hotel Roku streaming app or plugin of my PC for tv. cable service for tv did work. No one available for check out. Only person we saw was housekeeper that looked after breakfast which was satisfactory. Location and view was terrific.」

「Not sure when the last time the room was cleaned.Floors had dirt and leaves on them. Heavy dirt on all the window sills. Dead bugs in the sink and tub. Towels and bedding were also questionable if they were changed between guests. We would have stayed elsewhere if available. If you can find other accommodations in shelburne, do it!」
