“The size of the accommodation was great the bedrooms were a really good size, the sofas were very comfortable, and it was handy for the whole island Maybe some hooks on the backs of the doors for towels, I'm afraid the bathroom window wouldn't open”

“Expedia states in listing 2 o'clock check in but when you get access details it states 5 o'clock earliest... No exceptions! Got access details to the main building and to the room fairly quickly. On arrival after 5, I gained access to main building and tried to get into the room but it was locked from the inside, so other than breaking the door in you couldn't gain entry. The office which is your contact to the property closes at 5 so you have to go through Expedia to try and get sorted as……
