"Clean and comfortable - great location for exploring the Isle. Staff were friendly and at the Calbourne Water Mill (the lodges are on the site) they were super friendly. All the facilities you’d need for a week (or longer) with lovely countryside walks around the area. Would recommend for a younger family 👍"

"The property has no immediate outside parking so you need to park with hazards on to unload then move to a car park 50m away. It is spread over numerous floors so not wheelchair friendly. "Expedia states in listing 2 o'clock check in but when you get access details it states 5 o'clock earliest... No exceptions! Got access details to the main building and to the room fairly quickly. On arrival after 5, I gained access to main building and tried to get into the room but it was locked from the inside, so other than breaking the door in you couldn't gain entry. The office which is your contact to the property closes at 5 so you have to go through Expedia to try and get sorted as...
