Imagine waking up to breathtaking Lake Mulwala views and having the ultimate entertainer's paradise right at your fingertips! This beautiful two-storey, 4-bedroom home is the perfect getaway.

Positioned just steps from Hogan's Road Boat Ramp and a stone's throw from the renowned 'Sebel' and 'Black Bull Golf Course', this home is a dream come true for water lovers, golf enthusiasts, and those seeking the ultimate relaxation destination.
The spacious corner block has ample parking for your boat, jet ski, or extra vehicles.

Downstairs, an open-plan living area, connects the kitchen to a brand-new magnesium inground pool. Imagine preparing meals while the kids splash around, or hosting unforgettable gatherings that flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The kitchen provides generous bench space, a gas cooktop, electric oven, and dishwasher – everything you need to create culinary masterpieces.

Outside cooking is also available on a webber BBQ. The fully fenced yard is perfect for families with children, and pets for that added peace of mind.

A ground floor bedroom with a queen-size bed and convenient powder room offers flexibility for guests or multi-generational living.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a features a king-size bed, built-in robe, and a balcony offering Lake Mulwala views. The generous ensuite with double sinks and a soaking bath provides relaxation after a day of skiing, or a round of golf.

Two additional bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and another oversized room with both queen and single beds – provide plenty of space for family and friends.

Year-round comfort is guaranteed with ducted heating/cooling and ceiling fans, and a reverse cycle until in the lounge downstairs.

Double lock-up garage with automatic roller door ensures your vehicles are safe and secure.

This isn't just a house – it's where good time memories are made.

Other Things TO Note:
- All Bed and Bath Linen is provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own
pool/lake towels.

- Check in time: After 3pm : Check out time: 10 am.

- The furniture displayed in the lounge and dining areas will be updated. Images coming
soon.

- Maximum of 2 pets welcome. You will need to notify Yarrawonga Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will
be applicable.

- Dogs cannot be left unattended at the property.

Self Check IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

Family get away

Lots of space in the house. Good bathrooms for a crowd. Complete kitchen and appliances. Great pool and pool toys. Good outdoor setting. Kitchen was not super clean. Only 6 dining chairs. Good size bedrooms, but master had awkward layout (sacrificed for enormous TV?) with the bed about 30cm in front of the build-in robe. Hard to get in and out, plus no bedside table. No bedside lamp on either side, only harsh ceiling light. All in all a good stay.
