“We stayed at Radisson Collection Bodrum for a wedding with our young child. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of basic service, safety, and accountability. Despite requesting and reconfirming a crib before arrival, none was provided. We were eventually given a visibly worn and stained crib late at night, which was replaced with one that had a broken wheel the next day. Having to repeatedly address such a basic need while traveling with a young child……

“Love this place. Come every year. Relaxed atmosphere, very chilled. Peaceful.”

“Great hotel for families. Beach access a ton of amenities and great service. Would highly recommend”

“Great location minutes away from the shops , restaurants and the ferries. Staff was amazing polite and helpful, family room was super useful having connected room. Would use again in the future”

“This hotel is not a boutique hotel by all means and is really nothing like what you see within its pictures. With that said, it is a spotless clean place thanks to Zeliha. I am a senior with mobility issues and their stairs definitely were not suitable for me which kind of limited my outgoings, and definitely need to repaired at the bottom where the door is. Sadi and Zeliha were always there to make sure I was safe to go up and down for which I am very grateful. Because of them especially……

“Everything was great during my stay here. The location was fantastic and breakfast provided was excellent. People at the front desk as well as the housekeeping were very friendly. I will definitely come back to this hotel, highly recommend .”

“The best thing about the property is that it is right next to the beach. Their restaurant is right on the beach. The things they probably can do better is checking rooms before guests arrive. I didn’t have hot water the first night. I was there 3 nights and was given one bottle of water. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, but probably need a bit more training to deal with an international clientele. But on the whole I had a great stay, thanks to the location of the property and……

“I love this hotel. I chose the room with the private Jacuzzi and was very happy. The showers are very pretty with the see-through mermaid window. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kind! I will definitely stay here again.”

“The bedroom was clean, but the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. The edges of the shower were dirty, and the sink also needed to be cleaned better.”

“The beach view was wonderful. It’s about 60 steps down to the actual beach - which is also wonderful. And the room had a great view as well. But the staff let us down. They said they would get us our breakfast at 7:00 am so we could get to the airport on time. But we heard nothing from the staff until we had gotten our own airport taxi and no 7 am breakfast.”
