“The hotel is very worn down. The rooms reek of mildew and smell like a high school boys’ locker room. Bugs on the walls and floors. No soap in the shower. So sad and dreary. ”

“The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.”

“Staff was great - checked in with no issues. Room was clean. Super easy access to downtown. Came back and had a late dinner. Great food! ”

“The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.”

“i get to the hotel and i made sure i reserved a no smoking room and got a room that smelt like it was hotboxed by cigarettes, guy up front wanna charge me 20$ extra on top of the booking to change my room than i go ahead and get another room and they put a charge of 99$ when i didn’t even pay thru them ! ”

“Breakfast was lacking. Options were limited. We could here the guests in the room next to us. Way to loud late night. Made for a less than enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean and staff seemed fine. ”
