“We had a very pleasant and unforgettable stay… our Butler, Joana, was superb in her service… she acted above and beyond her call of duty… from the very start, her constant communication made us at ease with our travel arrangements. the rest of the staff were also very nice despite communication barrier… we always love Hilton and its chain of hotel… it has always been our choice whenever we travel, selection for choices of food in the breakfast buffet was plenty… servers were courteous…”

“Great place, well located near of the park east entrance (10 mins walk). Spacious room and room amenities (just be careful with the step next to the bed). Special mention to the hotel manager/concierge and staff. Helpful attentive and knowledgeable about the area and really valuable help in organizing your days ( special mention to Sunny…. The heart of the place). ”

“所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員”

“Stayed there in April 2026 very good hotel by the river side with free laundry cleaning bought my Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National gate passes ( they gave a good advices on the national park ) & Chinese night shows tickets from them with a good deal free water bottles everyday - front desk are very polite and helpful 100% recommended ”

“酒店的地理位置非常好，距离东门的话只要三分钟的步行时间，而且所有员工都非常热情，酒店的话还给我送了晚安粥，下午茶还给我介绍了有免费的旅拍，还有民族服饰，摄影师给我拍了几张美美的照片。非常开心，水吧台的小哥哥还给我送了一杯鸡尾酒，点赞。”

“Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly. Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well. ”

“This is a very good B&B. You can taste the local specialties, and the housekeeper is very attentive and considerate. The environment of the B&B is very beautiful. You can see the whole mountain view from the room, and there are many cats and dogs, which are very cute. Highly recommended!”
