「We had a room, not a cabin. The room was small, and it would benefit immensely from more electrical outlets. I had high expectations going in because the ratings seemed to be really up there, but I hadn't considered or even looked for whether it was room or cabin that I was viewing. Mind you, it was not a bad stay, it was just a little less than what I was expecting.」

We had 3 small boys who specifically wanted to swim and it was a battle trying to explain why the pool would not work, etc. They had an agreement with a neighboring hotel to use their pool, but a hassle trying to take 3 little ones and especially when very cool outside to cross over.」

「Cabins were over 20 miles from West Yellowstone. When I booked, I searched for places to stay in West Yellowstone, not someplace so far away. Also, road into cabins was poorly plowed and as it got warmer and snow became slush it was an adventure getting to and from our cabin.」
