“The location is excellent, just outside the north entrance to Yellowstone. It is on the main street but not too busy or noisy. There is a balcony off the main level that fronts on the river, a wonderful space to sit outside. There is also a large patio off the lower level, complete with a propane fire pit, a dining table and chairs, and propane grill. The house is clean, beds/bedrooms are comfortable, the layout is open and easily accommodated our group of 5 plus a small child. The grocery store……

“This was the perfect size place to stay for the two of us. The cottage is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We found ourselves ending the nights on the recliner chairs catching up after a long day in Yellowstone hiking. All of the restaurants and downtown shops are just across the bridge from the home and we walked to dinner both nights. The bed is on the separate side of the cottage from the kitchen and table which made it great for me to get up early and be in a separate area with my……

“Best views in Gardiner. Rafted down the Yellowstone river, and loved it. Watched Elk swim across the river and feed nightly in the lawn across the river. We rented the lower unit, next time it will be the upper for the extra space and king size bed. The convenience of the entry into Yellowstone was perfect. ”

“The property description and directions were very accurate. Todd is an amazing and responsive host. The property was an easy drive outside Gardiner and worked well for us to drive back to Lamar Valley each day. The unit and beds were very comfortable. We were able to see large herds of elk very near the house! Highly recommend this property and host! Wi-Fi was very reliable and home was very clean. l ”

“Amazing house! Equipped with all of our needs. Plenty of wood for the fireplace, hot tub was amazing after skiiing and wonderfully private staring into the snowy woods. Ski in was super easy & fun! Landing you right at the driveway. Walking to the otter lift only took about 10 min, and was also very easy in the conditions we had. Would come stay again in this winter wonderland! We had kiddos so we would drive the kids to the base, then park our car in the driveway and walk to the otter lift. So……

“Exactly as pictured, and what you would expect for a cabin in the woods. Little walk down to the river which is so relaxing. Easy check in and check out. Very dog friendly - we’ve booked “dog friendly” before and then they end up with a hundred rules about the dogs, not here which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Maybe ten minutes from red lodge which is so nice! Highly recommend staying here, wish we could have stayed more than one night. Hoping to come back again! ”

“Great spot, amazing views of lone peak!! Very warm hot tub…also with an incredible view!Space is not updated, but very well maintained and pretty clean. One small issue with the stove, but management was receptive and prompt with response.I do wish there had been a possibility to get in early.”

“The cabin was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. It was clean, well equipped and decorated nicely. Communication with owner from reservation, check in to check out was excellent. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere sitting on the back deck with the view of the mountains and wildlife walking by. The location was good for day trips to Yellowstone. Close to downtown Big Sky and activities. Would recommend this cabin to others. Also liked that is was pet friendly.”
