“We really loved this hotel. The service was exceptional and the view was amazing. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because both nights we stayed, there were other guests that were very loud throughout the night and no one addressed it. We intentionally chose this hotel to be outside of the noise of the city, so it was a bummer to be kept up all night regardless. Also, their food was only ok and there was nothing else close by. “No doubt that the property is beautiful. I gave it a low rating for a very unpleasant check-in experience. We booked a family bungalow of three bedrooms with Expedia months ahead of the trip. I even sent a request to confirm our booking. We arrived at 5pm. The front desk staff working alone looked confused with my booking. Turned out that they sold our 3bedrooms bungalow to another group. “The property is on a beautiful land and our two bedrooms private bungalow is spacious and very nice decorated. Lot of bugs but that meant we were next to the nature. The service is very good. Food is only okay but we weren’t there for food. ”
