Loved pretty much everything about this atmospheric hotel! the breakfast menu was absolutely delicious, loved the view from the restaurant balcony, enjoyed staring at Ararat Mountain. Highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding breakfast

Genuinely one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had! This hotel is easily walkable to the center of Yerevan and most of the sights. It was a great place to stay for our first time in Armenia. Clean and comfortable, with a reasonable price.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to both the condition of the room and the poor customer service. The room had several maintenance issues that should have been fixed before check-in. The refrigerator did not work properly, the door handle was broken, and the air conditioning was also broken, making the room uncomfortable. The checkout process was equally frustrating. When I asked for a receipt, I was told that only a manager could provide one and that it was not the front desk staff's responsibility. Guests should be able to receive proof of payment at checkout without unnecessary inconvenience. The customer service was the worst part of my stay. Instead of listening to my concerns, staff were dismissive and defensive. When I explained my experience, I was told that my opinion did not matter because other guests were satisfied. Rather than acknowledging the issues or trying to resolve them, staff argued with me instead of handling my concerns professionally. Overall, the maintenance problems, poor checkout process, and unprofessional customer service made for a very negative experience. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to both the property and the way guests are treated.

Были 4 дня в июне, очень понравились и Армения, и Ереван, и вишенкой на торте - отель Абрикос) Останавливались в номере "Арам Хачатурян" на 2-м этаже. Отель новый. Хорошая локация, центр и "хорошо покушать" в пешей досягаемости (ну, или буквально за гроши на такси). Приятный дизайн с местным колоритом и хорошо оборудованные номера. Хороший набор ТВ-каналов, в том числе русскоязычных. Приличные завтраки. Питьевая вода в номере, кухня (посуда, чай, кофе, кулер и штопор:) в круглосуточном доступе. Жаль, что ресторан на крыше при нас еще не работал. Очень доброжелательный и helpful персонал. Отличный сервис. Мы приехали в отель раньше на 2 часа, заселились без вопросов. А при отъезде попросили отложить чекаут на 6 часов и тоже не возникло проблем, более того, поздний выезд был предоставлен в качестве комплимента. Да, чуть не забыл: подушки, матрасы, постельное белье – все достойного качества. Из пожеланий для администрации: стоило бы подумать о дополнительном свете возле зеркала в ванной и о большом зеркале в номере, дамы это любят:) Резюмирую: в Ереване, наверное, есть более "крутые" отели, но по соотношению цена/качество услуг Абрикос очень хорош! Поэтому смело могу его рекомендовать, а если снова окажемся в Ереване, то обязательно остановимся здесь. Спасибо, Apricot Yerevan!:))
